Hand-crafted using a combination of locally sourced Pepper Berry & Spice, and traditional botanicals, our Classic Dry Pepper Berry Gin is inspired by the Riverina, New South Wales, the food bowl of Australia. This is the second Gin to be released in Griffith, New South Wales it is wonderfully balanced and juniper-forward, with casssia bark, rose petals and Pepper Berry spice mix. Inspired by our passion for Gin and that yearning for more is how we have embarked on our Classic Dry. A beautiful warmth for Autumn & Winter. Best served neat over ice and paired with a fresh slice of lime, cucumber, rosemary or mint to add a refreshing and unique spicy twist.
Tasting Notes: Classic Dry Pepper Berry Gin has the dryness from the Juniper with a nice pepper and spice nose. Smooth to the palate, then with the addition of Tonic or Soda Water the Peppery notes open up to a nice floral, slightly spicy finish. Keeps you wondering and wanting more.
