To our first descendants who arrived in Australia in 1854 our pursuit of fine Whisky show's through in this exquisite release.
 
With an approach for our Single Malt that gives great length and vital contribution to the final flavour profile. The Aisling Single Malt Whisky is crafted to expose the Belgium Chateau Malt Mash.

It has bought through unique flavours and aromas of rich malt, nut cookies, stewed pears, sugar glazed apricots, treacle, demerara sugar, walnut oil, and rye, grassy flavours show through.The Aisling Single Malt Heritage Collection has been handcrafted and matured in 100 litre, with an aged statement of 7.5 years in Australian Vintage Apera (Sherry) Casks. Specifically coopered to give clean balance of both char and toast. The complexity from these casks is phenomenal.
 
The natural sweetness of these casks compliments the charisma of the Spirit.
 
Visual – bright amber with good viscosity
Nose – revealing slight tobacco leaf tarits, new leather, cherries, and prunes
Palate – bold and dry, moreish, and salivating with a savoury spicy finish
 
Masculine although soft elegance on the nose (leather and pipe tobacco) matched with the bold mouthfeel and dry sweet spicy finish leaves you wanting more and more.
Fantastic drink, full and rich without being too complicated. Allowing a little time to open up and breathe, the Apera Cask just keeps giving long after your glass is empty.
 
Easy drinking Whisky with a nice mellow alcohol percentage.
